Company Overview: Fitness Consulting For Busy Athletes, LLC (FCFBA) focuses on helping busy individuals achieve their fitness goals without sacrificing their career aspirations, family obligations, or other personal commitments. Whether you want to complete your first triathlon or 5k, are looking to venture into ultra-endurance events, or just want help staying motivated to make exercise a routine part of your everyday life, FCFBA can help you find creative ways to accomplish your fitness goals with the time and resources you have available.
Mission Statement: FCFBA believes that exercise should enhance our lives, not cause additional stress. The company’s mission is to provide endurance athletes and aspiring fitness enthusiasts with the tools needed to accomplish their goals in fun and creative ways. While life often gets in the way of exercise, FCFBA believes that with the proper guidance, support, and motivation, reasonable goals can be achieved without sacrificing other priorities.
What To Expect: By working in collaboration with FCFBA, you will receive guidance customized for your unique situation. FCFBA will take the time to get to know you, your goals, and how you live, and then use that information to provide guidance custom tailored for you. During one-on-one consultations with FCFBA, you can request advice about equipment selection and setup, training structure and progression, technique (including a review and critique of video you provide), nutrition, race selection and execution, post-race analysis, the use of fitness-related technology, training plan modifications, and more.
What Is Our “Why?”: FCFBA is driven by a desire to help busy athletes who want to use endurance sports as a way to reap all of the many physical and mental health benefits of exercise without sacrificing their professional goals and family obligations. FCFBA will help you find your “why.”
How is FCFBA Different?: FCFBA recognizes that individual athletes have unique needs and preferences when it comes to professional assistance with their fitness pursuits. Not everyone wants a coach that focuses only on sending their athletes a training plan to execute each week, so we offer a variety of services to fit individual needs. For those who want a training plan delivered each week, we of course offer that, though we also offer one-time and periodic consultations to help athletes looking for guidance in creating their own training plan or race strategy; adapting recommendations from an AI platform or other training plan to accommodate for time constraints, injuries, or illness; developing a nutrition strategy; selecting and using fitness technology; equipment selection and setup; race selection and execution; post-race analysis, and more.
